- Provider: this website. Purpose: remembers the property IDs you choose to save. It contains no form entries or contact details. Duration: the tab’s browser session, unless you clear it sooner. This storage supports the shortlist feature you request.
- cf-cookie-consent-v1 — localStorage
- Provider: this website. Purpose: remembers whether you allow optional Google Maps, together with the choice time and policy version. Duration: the choice is valid for 180 days. The record is removed when an open page detects expiry or when you next access the website after expiry. A closed browser cannot run that cleanup; you may clear it sooner in browser settings. This storage is used only to remember your privacy choice.
Optional Google Maps
Google Maps is off by default. Contact and property-page maps connect to Google automatically after you allow optional Google Maps. Google may then store or access information on your device and receive connection and device information. Google controls its cookies and their lifetimes, which can vary with your browser and Google account. See Google’s cookie information and Privacy Policy.
You can reject optional cookies without losing access to property information or the rest of the website. Accepting optional Google Maps allows maps to load automatically on contact and property pages.
Change or withdraw your choice
Use the controls at the top of this page. The Cookies link in every footer brings you here. You can accept or reject optional cookies, or change the Google Maps option and select “Save preferences”. Accept and reject are available with equal prominence. After 180 days, the website asks for a fresh choice.
Rejecting optional cookies removes a loaded map and prevents another map connection until you agree again. Use “Map preferences” to change your saved map consent. The website cannot erase cookies Google has already set. Use your browser’s cookie controls to remove those.
Use “Clear saved properties” on this page or the Saved properties page to clear your shortlist. Clearing all website storage through your browser also removes the saved privacy choice. If browser storage is unavailable, choices and shortlists can apply only within the current page.

Staff sign-in
The staff CMS uses essential authentication cookies managed by ChatGPT Sites to keep authorised staff signed in. These are necessary to provide the requested staff service and are separate from the optional Google Maps preference. Staff can end their authenticated session using Sign out in the CMS.
