What these terms cover

These terms explain use of our website, which introduces our residential estate agency, lettings, property management and rent guarantee services and helps you explore properties and local areas.

They do not replace a seller’s agency agreement, a landlord’s letting or management agreement, a rent guarantee arrangement, a tenancy agreement or a property sale contract. The scope, fees, duration, cancellation rights and conditions of any service must be made clear in the relevant agreement before you commit. Browsing a listing or completing a website form does not itself appoint us, reserve a property or create a tenancy or sale contract.

Property information

Property descriptions, prices, availability, measurements, photographs and plans help you assess a property. Availability can change, and any approximate measurement will be identified as such. Please ask about matters important to your decision, including tenure, charges, restrictions, condition, access and what is included, before committing. A viewing, survey or legal enquiry may help you assess those matters.

We remain responsible for presenting information fairly and for providing material information required by law. These terms do not excuse misleading statements or omissions, or take away your right to rely on information we are legally responsible for supplying.

Enquiries, viewings and valuations

The current website forms validate and display your entries in your browser only. They do not send messages, register alerts, book viewings or instruct the agency.
